+ A Word from Pastor Joseph Umidi

Greetings in the joy of the partnership of the Gospel! We welcome you to the undeniable move of God in our day; turning the hearts of spiritual fathers and mothers to those who are emerging as the end time harvest workers and leaders. My passion is to equip and coach the senior pastors and elders in the churches that make up NLMI, insure that our efforts to develop churches to the unreached are strategic and fruitful, and empower our family of churches to impact our cities and region in our geographic area.

Joseph and Marie

I love my wife of 35 years who is my ministry partner and a seasoned international leader in Worship, Arts, and Evangelism. We have a married son and three precious grandchildren.

"Hola amigos! My name is Joseph ("increasing faith") which I need more of in this converging ministry season of my life. I am entering my 18th year as a professor at Regent Divinity School and my 25th year as a Pastor in a local church. I had the priviledge of being a mentor/coach to leaders and the opportunity to presently train over 100 to do the same.

We have a passion for reaching the nations and raising upleaders. A good month for us is to spend a week with key leaders and workers in some part of the world relating, eating and praying together, and equipping them for the harvest.

A product of the early seventies “Jesus Movement” my wife, Marie and I, received Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior together in 1973 and have spent the last twenty seven years in pastoral, evangelistic, and equipping ministries around the world.

Like many other leaders who are deeply connected with the passion and fire of the work of the Holy Spirit in the younger generation, my life’s verse is Psalm 71:18; prioritizing the legacy of raising up those leaders and ministries who will go further in God’s purposes than I have known. I love to relate to those who pass on to others the things that God is presently working out in my life and believe that they can do in half the time what it took God to do in my life. Mentoring and coaching are my greatest ministry focus.
